The object is an abandoned park area of the Khimki water reservoir embankment. Nowadays, partially destroyed objects of the Soviet times are located in here.

The project provides for the creation of a new coastal park and a recreation area. Its development was based on the following principles: the integration of the territory into the city green frame system, the preservation and maintenance of the ecological balance of the natural landscapes of the object and the formation of the object identity. While building the main walking route we took into account complex landscape and tortuosity of the coastline. As you move, the landscape zones are changing: beach - alley - coastal garden - marina, etc.

Cycling routes are separated from pedestrian ones. In winter, the bicycle tracks will function as a ski trail. Also, there are supposed to be organized new functional areas and places of attraction. The children's zone is represented by two playgrounds. The first is related to engineering concept, while the second one is organized on the sand. It is proposed to create a beach area and organize a promenade zone in the park. There will also be an area of rain gardens with water plants and multiple paths. The sports area consists of a pump track and a skate park.

Another, not least important element of the project is the history of the territory as a set of preserved objects of the past that form the identity and uniqueness of the place. There are several such objects on the territory. Firstly, it is a preserved concrete platform for launching hydroplanes of the Great Patriotic War times. Currently, it is used as a resting place and a solarium during the warm season by local residents. It is proposed to cover the concrete site with a wooden deck, leaving out protected areas of exposed concrete with a memorial plaque and keeping its existing functional status.

Another object of significance for the history of the place is a platform, built for the transportation and loading of the Buran spacecraft. The project proposed to organize the Buran spacecraft alley at this place. The new park in was named "Hydroport" in honor of the historical past of the territory.
