The object improved is the territory of the historical estate of A.K. Razumovsky. The estate has the status of a federally significant cultural heritage property.

In 1737 a series of palaces and gardens in a regular style with a system of cascading ponds was created on the territory of the estate. Gradually, this park part was transformed, the shape and number of ponds changed. Currently, the park is in the use of the Ministry of Sports and is a half-closed area. The park ensemble is now in a bad way, and the exit to the Yauza River is blocked.

As a concept, we propose the reconstruction of the visual appearance of the estate territory with a landscape layout and a pond, as well as the creation of new recreation areas that meet the modern needs of visitors. The project presupposes the preservation of the historical terracing of the park part: a regular parterre park with sculptures, labyrinths and pergolas will be placed on the upper terrace. At the bottom of the park there will be a landscape part with a walking area, a playground for children, a sports zone, a football field and a dog training area. Along the central axis of the main building, it is proposed to create an oval meadow with labyrinths and sculptures on the subject of sports, which will form the parterre part of the park with a regular layout, fitting to the architecture of the estate building. It is planned to install a promenade overlooking the pond along the central axis. In the southern part of the pond, we consider creating an island and install a rotunda.

The main building of the Estate is now the State Sports Museum. We support the idea of creating copies of its exhibits as garden sculptures. Thus, the museum will be continued in the park. It is also proposed to rename the territory of the estate from "Gorokhovo Pole", which the park had since 1939, to "Park on the Gorokhovoe Pole".
