The area designed is a multifunctional recreational buffering space between Bolshoy Spasoglinischevsky lane, Zabelina street and Petroverigsky lane.

The main feature of the Gorka park is the multi-level relief, consisting of three tiers cascading down towards Bolshoy Spasoglinischevsky lane. The space is effectively zoned: on the lower tier there is a small area paved with granite with a dry fountain and seating areas, in the middle there is a green walking area with paths and a playground, on the upper tier there is a gazebo on a hill, balcony with a view and a playground. On the lower tier, a little aside from the square, there is a basketball court and pull-up bars, on the middle tier there are outdoor exercise machines. Also, the "wailing wall" belonging to the Moscow choral synagogue on the territory was restored.
