The Linden Park (Lipovy Park) is located in Kommunarka settlement and is focused on the needs of locals. The project also reflects the historical significance of the park: in 1935, residents of the Kommunarka state farm planted the first trees on their own, laid out flower beds, installed benches, and the park was a crowded place until 2017. Locals used to hold sports competitions, have some rest and walk with children in there.

All historical features and new expectations of residents were reflected in the project. As part of the improvement in the Lipovy Park, the existing road and path network were updated, as well as new functional zones were organized. The project provides for two playgrounds, a sports and playground with a modern interactive module, a workout area, a football field was reconstructed, and basketball and volleyball courts were organized. And also, changing facilities for athletes were provided, which made it possible to hold big sports competitions in the park.
