The object improved is a public garden near the Orion cinema and concert hall in the Losinoostrovsky district. The project for the new square was created simultaneously with the project for the reconstruction of the cinema building, which will be combined into a modern cultural center.

The name of the cinema hall determined the concept for the square development. There will appear a unique misty fountain: round bowls which represent stars will be arranged in the form of the constellation Orion, while a special evaporation system will recreate an amazing and well-known phenomenon of the Orion nebula. Exclusive lightning will be organized here, varying colors from pink and magenta to purple, which are the real colors of this natural phenomenon. Clouds of fine mist with RGB illumination can also serve as a screen for laser shows.

In addition to the misty fountain, the project provides for three functional areas. In the central part of the park there is a playground with themed equipment, which is separated from the roadway by rows of bushes. The monument to Zhenya Rudneva will become the dominant feature of the second zone. Near the monument there will be created an art object "Aeronautics", which consists of kinetic elements driven by wind energy.
