The object with an area of 5200 sq.m is located opposite the House of the Government of the Russian Federation, along the street. Konyushkovskaya. The site is intended for employees of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) and has limited access. Typologically, the object can be considered a small city garden, acting as a buffer between the hotel building and the roadway.

By the beginning of the work, the area was heavily overgrown with weeds and needed to be repaired: the road surfaces and lining of the retaining walls needed to be replaced, and the artificial pond was not functioning.

The site consists of several multi-level terraces. In the course of designing, they received various functional purposes. On the uppermost terrace, where the entrance to the conference hall is located, the project proposes to place a recreation area with benches and tables. In order to separate the area from the rest of the terrace belonging to the hotel, it is proposed to organize landscaping in containers.

On the second terrace there is a central square with an amphitheater. It is a place of meetings and communication. There are also various recreational areas with decorative landscaping, including shrubs and perennial flower beds.

The next terrace is located at a distance from the main entrances and transit routes. In contrast to the open space of the main square, this zone offers a different approach: the arrangement of "green meeting rooms" - isolated bosquet rooms for meetings and communication.

A meadow with an amphitheater - located in the most remote part of the territory, serves as a place of rest in a natural environment. The artificial hill hides the outbuildings of the hotel complex, and the amphitheater on its slopes forms comfortable places for recreation.

Entrance group - accentuates the entrance to the territory from Konyushkovskaya street, includes a security room and a portal with architectural lighting.
