The initial concept of the facility was developed by BUROMOSCOW. In accordance with it, the 1st stage of construction was implemented, which includes the city square next to the monument to Lenin and the park named after Mukhin. Our company has developed a project for the 2nd stage of the territory of the Tribuna Hall urban center, including the adjustment of the original concept.

In particular, in addition to the original version of the concept, we proposed the creation of a pedestrian walking route in the form of a flexible ribbon stretching across the entire embankment of the central district of the city. This form of the pedestrian bridge was not chosen by chance. It refers us to the shape of the channel of the mighty Amur River, which is the landscape dominant of the city.

The route passes at different heights: in some sections it rises to the height of tree crowns, revealing panoramas of the city, the river and the opposite bank, and then again smoothly descends to the ground. The beginning of the route is supposed to be at the city park of culture and recreation, then the tape follows along the street. Krasnoflotskaya, smoothly skirting the key objects of the "Golden Mile" and ends at the pier of the River Station. The ground part of the pedestrian belt is a visual continuation of the overpass and is emphasized by various techniques: paving inserts, street design elements, architectural lighting, landscaping elements.

In the eastern part of the facility, we have located a themed playground. It is dedicated to space exploration and reminds of the Vostochny cosmodrome located near the city.

Next to it is another of the objects we proposed - the "Labyrinth of Time". The building symbolizes the passage of time, tells the history of the city from its inception to the present day. In the center of the labyrinth there is a large rock - a monument to the pioneers, which becomes the starting point. Built into the walls of the labyrinth are glass panels engraved with historical photographs, maps and descriptions of important events from the history of the city. A cognitive journey through time, especially mysterious and sacred in the evening, when the architectural lighting is turned on.

In the western part of the territory, we proposed to organize a landscape park consisting of several artificial hills. Pavilions are placed inside some hills. One is devoted to paleontological topics and tells about the era in the history of the planet when giant lizards, amurosaurs, lived on this place. The second is a children's leisure center. Inside the landscape park, covered by the relief from strong winds, there is a themed playground "Jurassic Park".

The multifunctional pavilion "Tribuna Hall" will be the architectural dominant of the territory. The pavilion has a landscaped roof with a stepped configuration. The functional filling and landscaping of this roof were also developed by our company.

The space next to the pavilion is a square - an open space for mass events. And to the west of the square, we placed a large amphitheater on the slope of one of the artificial hills.

The landscaping concept also provides for a pedestrian fountain on the main alley of the territory. In the summer season, the fountain will show light illuminations with musical accompaniment, in the winter season it will partially turn into a city skating rink. Next to the fountain, there are 2 pavilions with a bathroom and a rental.
